From kitchen and bathroom renewals to whole house refurbishment, defective housing, enveloping schemes, and Decent Homes, H&P has worked extensively in this sector. We have refurbished over 6000 units, and have worked with local authorities and housing associations.
Our commitment to quality is evidenced by our A1 rating with the NHBC Premium Rating Scheme. We have completed around 1000 units, including housing for rent and sale, traditional housing and apartments, and mixed use schemes.
Our Minor Works Division carries out around £6m of refurbishments and small works each year for businesses, local authorities and housing associations. We have established teams of specialist trades people including bricklayers, joiners and general operatives.
