This, might I add is no surprise as you said you would I know you are a man of your word. This has clearly been a combined team effort from all at H&P but specific praise must go those who have driven so hard and performed over and above the call of duty. I will start with two very able lieutenants Mark Swallow and Chris Thompson both of which I feel have great prospects for the future after being schooled by the master! Now to Steve Swallow, simply the best QS I have every worked with, I thought I was sharp and on the ball but this guy is something else! Last but not least I am sure I do not need to tell you how much respect I have for Mark Kelsey. Since I told to you that if I did not get Mark as site agent, you would not get the job, you sat him in the corner of the room like little jack corner, I knew we would be alright. Mark has literally lived and breathed this job, been my eyes and ears on site and is the singularly the most significant reason why I have my building on the day we wanted it and to the quality he know I expect.
