The latest aerial photo of the new campus development ay Wyke College shows the first phase of the project rapidly taking shape.

The photo shows the roof going onto Phase A, which will become the science, arts, I.T. and humanities facilities. Phase A is due for completion on 8th August. Alan Woodcock, Director of Resources at the college said "things are progressing well - we are pleased that Hobson & Porter won this contract, because in addition to the Wilson Building which they completed recently, the college will end up spending over £20 million on new facilities - we will have rebuilt the entire college, and Hobson & Porter will have built the lot".

The aerial photos were taken by Ray Hutty, Head Technician at the college and also a microlite pilot in his spare time. Ray will be taking more photos at key stages of the project.
