Demolition and construction of multi-purpose centre to provide integrated adult services, day centre and childrens centre. Includes general admin areas with supporting infrastructure. Existing building demolished to make way for new building constructed on a traditional strip foundation with a precast beam and pot floor, timber frame construction with brick external skin. The roof is traditionally pitched with extensive use of Sun Pipes to transfer natural light to the internal corridors. Childrens Activity Area has king post truss roof construction with velux roof lights. There are new soft and hard landscaped areas and new drainage was installed. Includes extensive enabling works
