At Mill Chase in Nafferton, East Yorkshire we constructed 15 houses on the site of a former flour mill for Yorkshire Housing. The scheme was comprised of a mixture of housing for rent and sale, including two and three storey units and bungalows.
The construction process involved close liaison with David Wilson Homes, who were constructing a number of properties for sale on the same site. Mill Chase is one of a number of new housing schemes that we have undertaken for the Yorkshire Housing group, and this project forms part of the In Business for Yorkshire framework, delivering new housing for both Yorkshire Housing and South Yorkshire Housing Association.
