Malmo Park is a dedicated food innovation and technology park on Sutton Fields Industrial Estate which has been developed to provide a range of units for the food industry.

The development is aimed at businesses looking to add value, innovate or develop new products and business start-ups. It is managed by Hull City Council and provides a range of flexible sized units between 1,500 and 6,000 square feet. The units conform with current retail and Efsis standards. It has a main administration building which offers a range of meeting, training and product showcase rooms as well as a product development kitchen and training kitchen. The development uses green technologies such as waste water recycling to reduce energy costs.
